Drawing on decades of experience in leadership and consulting, I act as an active thought partner in helping you achieve your goals. Together, we’ll design solutions that fit your context.

One-to-one
In one-to-one coaching, we usually work together over six or more sessions, meeting regularly for around 90 minutes per session. Early on, we focus on building trust, understanding your story and clarifying what really brings you here. From there, we work on deconstructing ingrained patterns and constructing new habits that feel sustainable and energising.

Team
With teams, I create space for honest, respectful conversations about purpose, roles and ways of working. Drawing on my experience building high-performing teams in healthcare and across sectors, we explore what helps you find direction, collaborate better and take decisions with confidence. The aim is better relationships, better teamwork and better results.
